Each Oath is handmade using the name and enlistment details you provide. With crisp, clear print on specialist high-quality textured parchment , we insert your choice of name and enlistment details to make the Oath truly personal to you or the recipient of the gift. This is finished off with the appropriate cap badge, a gleaming, hand-polished coin .Each Oath is completed with an elegant facsimile in the style of the Monarch on enlistment's signature. The overall size of the frame is 30cm x 40cm.
Delivery Time
Please remember that each gift is hand made to order by a military veteran, from the frame to the print Making a framed gift for a fellow brother or sister an honour and that is why they look so good - quality takes time.
Dispatch Times
We try to dispatch all our frames within 2 to 3 working days . At busy times like Father's Day and Christmas, things can take longer so please order early. Each Oath is individually handmade, they are not mass produced. We sometimes need to order in Cap Badges for units that no longer exist so please bear in mind this can delay production. If you need your Oath for a particular date please order early and speak to us about the delivery date.
Returns
Each gift is handmade to order and packaged as carefully as we can. They all leave here in perfect order but if you receive yours and it has been damaged in transit or there is a problem with it, we will do our best to sort it out. Please just get in touch and send us a photo of the damaged item. For damaged items, if it needs replacing, or you want a refund we will agree that with you but depending on the issue you will need to return either the full frame or the metal badge and coin or just the coin to us. Please send it tracked mail and we will refund you up to the cost of 2nd class tracked and signed for post based on Royal Mail prices. If we are correcting an error made by you when you've ordered, we may ask you to purchase additional postage to cover the cost of returning the corrected item to you.
If the item is in good order and there is no mistake then we don't offer a refund as the gift has been made specifically for you and cannot be used elsewhere. However, we will always do our best to help so if you do have any concerns, please just get in touch.
